<blockquote>The team did find, however, failures to implement and manage important processes, to follow through with operations, and to properly share and analyze critical data.</blockquote>

Former CIA chief George Tent released a response and published in the New York Times.  Tenet points out that the CIA OIG released a somewhat glowing review in August of 2001 of the agency’s counter-terrorism efforts.  It is possible that the former CIA chief doesn’t know that September comes after August.

]]> http://news.golod.com/articles/5/feed 0 God’s Warriors http://news.golod.com/articles/4 http://news.golod.com/articles/4#comments Tue, 21 Aug 2007 20:55:46 +0000 Jason http://news.golod.com/articles/4 Continue reading →]]> Let’s start of the news with that the News Media is doing this week.  Christiane Amanpour of CNN is hosting a series of shows this week entitled God’s Warriors, Jewish Warriors (Tuesday Night 9PM ET), Muslim Warriors (Wednesday night 9PM ET), and Christian Warriors (Thursday night 9PM ET).  You can also see a very interesting panel made up of some of the most prominent leaders from each group profiled in the United States on Larry Kind Live today.  I say from each group, I should say who is a follower of each religion.  CNN has launched a God’s Warriors website with behind the scenes and exclusive footage not shown in the televised shows.  All of the panelists on Larry King agreed that much of the war and trouble today has come from religion permeating politics and political decisions.  Whatever you may believe, from what I have seen, these shows are something you won’t want to miss.
